Here is our schedule of open dance and fitness classes at the ACTS Dance and Arts Academy this April 2012. Classes are for all ages and beginner friendly. Schedule is flexible and available on a per session basis.

  1. Hi ACTS! May I ask for the description of these dances: Waacking and Bust in Heels. Also, what clothes would be best to wear when going to Zumba classes and Belly Dance? :)

    1. Waacking involves fast and dynamic movements of the arms, which resemble the wrist roll in locking but more exaggerated and extended. Bust in Heels can be a ladies hiphop/jazz funk class where you will learn to dance wearing your heels. When attending Belly Dance, you can wear jazz pants/jogging pants and shirt/tank top. You can also bring a belly skirt/scarf if you have one. For Zumba, make sure you wear comfy workout clothes jazz pants/jogging pants and shirt/tank top and rubber shoes/sneakers. :)

  2. Are there still slots open for may for the Regular classes? i noticed that you have a schedule but it didn’t tell me the dates. please tell me soon! :)

  3. Hi, I dont see any schedule posted for dance aero but the fitness classes promo says it is included in the list of classes. Are there schedules for this?
